All the participating candidates will submit the contribution and papers or only the selected ones after the announcement of results?

regarding the publication of results:
1) All teams that get a better result in some of the metrics (PSNR or SSIM) than the best results of 2021-TISR challenge (https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwiBguP7r8H2AhWQQzABHTGaB3kQFnoECAMQAQ&url=https%3A%2F%2Fopenaccess.thecvf.com%2Fcontent%2FCVPR2021W%2FPBVS%2Fpapers%2FRivadeneira_Thermal_Image_Super-Resolution_Challenge_-_PBVS_2021_CVPRW_2021_paper.pdf&usg=AOvVaw1mSTXa-DmBVehjUjTAuB3p) will be included in the challenge paper (due to space limitation, up to ten contributions will be included). The challenge paper will contains a summary of each contribution (overleaf template to prepare your summary: https://www.overleaf.com/read/mzhvgmgptzjf).
2) Independently of the obtained results, all teams are invited to submit their contributions as a single paper to the main track. These papers will follow a peer-review process, and the deadline is March 21st. Since it is a paper from your contribution, you will have more space to detail your proposal, illustrate your architecture, add more experimental results and conclusions.
