Can we use *any* AI model for this task? For example, can one use the paid version of GPT-4V to get the predictions? Are there any limitations?

As we mentioned in challenge guidelines, paid subscription-based products are not allowed to use in the challenge.
The purpose of this challenge is to promote research on image captioning and share the technical contributions among researchers in this community.
