Do the libraries mentioned in the Evaluation page count only for the CodaLab environment or also for the Notebooks that we used and we'll submit via email?
For example can I use a library for visualization purposes not mentioned on the list?

I think that the ammitted libraries constraints are refered only to the Codalab environment, because they wrote that you can use whatever library you think is useful for your analysis
