Regarding the final phase, where each person has 2 submissions in total, the part of the evaluation based on the rank (accuracy) is individual or team-based?
In other words, a team of 4 people can submit 8 different models (since the test set is changed) or is it better that each member submit the best and second-best ones to obtain a high accuracy as an individual?
