Due to an infrastructure maintenance on Thursday 16/11/2023, which will cause "all the services to be interrupted from 9h30 to possibly 17h (Paris time)", we postponed the start of the Phase 2 of the competition to the 16/11/2023 at 23:00 UTC, considering that the services should resume for that time. The new deadline for the Phase 2 is thus the 18/11/2023 at 22:59 UTC.
IMPORTANT: even if the start of the Phase 2 has been postponed, the end of the Phase 1 IS STILL THE 15/11/2023 22:59 UTC. DO NOT SUBMIT AFTER THE END OF THE PHASE 1 UNTIL THE START OF THE PHASE 2, WE WILL STOP THE EVALUATION SERVICE UNTIL THE START OF THE PHASE 2.
