This did not happen in our tests, but, just in case, some other competitions are facing this issue:
"I am getting a pop-up... an unexpected error occurred...
WARNING: Your kernel does not support swap limit capabilities or the cgroup is not mounted. Memory limited without swap."
Solution from the WMT metrics shared task:
"although there is no official explanation for it, a workaround is to leave team name, method name and method description blank in the submission form.
